Our Digital Oil & Gas Leadership
Damon has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics from University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business.
Rachael is focused on connecting our clients with the optimal digital solution for their individual needs by pulling the expertise from across the Deloitte organization to match with the clients capabilities, gaps and areas of focus. Rachael also runs the US energy and resources Innovation practice that identifies emerging technologies for application in oil and gas, power and mining operations globally. She maintains relationships with research universities and start up communities to stay abreast of the latest in technology advances. Rachael has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. She also sits on the boards of several non-profit organizations in Houston.
Coleman's varied client service has included supporting audits of public and private companies, as well as leading large engagements to improve their finance operations and controls environments. In addition, he has led several IPO Readiness engagements, to assist clients prepare for SEC compliance.

Coleman has 27 years of experience working with upstream, midstream and downstream energy companies’ operations and financial systems. He has a focus in risk assessment, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and decision analytics.
